Leanita International is led by the Executive Council constituting experts in its main areas of interest, the two Co-Founders, Associate Professor George Agyei and Mr. Maxwell Yao Akpene Klu.
Dr. George Agyei
Co-Founder/ Director of Research and Training
Dr. George Agyei is an Associate Professor of Mining Engineering in the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He holds BSc. and PhD degrees from Instituto Superior Minero Metalurgico de Moa, Cuba. He also holds an MBA from Educatis University, Altdorf, Switzerland. Dr. George Agyei was a Government Appointee Assembly Member of the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly where he served on several Committees of the Assembly from 2009 to 2015. He was the Country Representative of Educatis Switzerland from 2016 to 2018. He is a Sustainability and Mining Consultant. His working languages are English, Spanish and French.
Mr. Maxwell Yao Akpene Klu
Co-Founder/Director of Projects and Programs
Mr. Maxwell Yao Akpene Klu is a geologist by profession with experience in Exploration geology, Resource and Mining geology. He is a contract-based geologist at Goldfields Ghana Limited, Tarkwa. He holds BSc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He also holds LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of London, UK. He is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He was the President of the National Service Personnel Association in Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality from 2011 to 2012 and also the President of National Union of Ghana Students, University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa from 2009 to 2010. He was the Organising Secretary of University of Education, Winneba Libary Welfare Association in 2007. He is keenly interested in Leadership and Governance and an Environmental Sustainability and Human Rights Activist.
Mr. Saviour Komla Sobia Deikumah

The Managing Director, Mr. Saviour Komla Sobia Deikumah is a World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) sponsored expert in Intellectual Property (MIP). He is currently the CEO of Lexeagles IP and Business Consults. He holds Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast. He also Holds LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of London, UK. He is a member in good standing with the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana Institute of Taxation and Association of Fraud Examiners. He has extensive experience in Civil Society and Community Development Projects and programs. He worked as Volunteer Coordinator and Projects Associate at Abusua Foundation (NGO) for 2 years where he was responsible for Youth Empowerment and Business Incubator Projects as well as International Student Volunteer Internship Placement Programs. He also worked as Finance Officer for Christian Rural Aid Network, CRAN an NGO for 7 years. He is also a Business Consultant and an effective and efficient team leader with excellent oral and written communication skills.
